In addition to providing “essential services”, that is, basic treatment of ill people, we also provide the following “additional services”. These services can all be accessed by asking receptionists at either the Practice or the “Community” reception desk. Some may be accessed by self-referral, others require referral by the GP or Practice Nurse.

Our Annual Medical Review process has now been in place for several years. We will contact you via letter when you are due your review:

  • Asthma Review
  • COPD Review
  • Cardiac Review
  • Learning Disability Review
  • Diabetic Review
  • Blood pressure management
  • Epilepsy Review

Monitoring service for patients on Lithium, Anti-rheumatic drugs and Warfarin
